I founded Holly’s Munch in 2020 and since then have been offering bespoke culinary services that range from private dinner parties and weekend getaways to wedding cakes and holidays abroad. My focus is on making your dining experience as enjoyable and effortless as possible, whether you're hosting a special event or simply looking for a hassle-free, nutritious meal at home.
From elegant plated dinners to beautifully presented canapés, I offer a range of bespoke catering options tailored to your preferences and seasonal where possible. Whether you have a clear vision or would prefer me to guide you with popular favourites and seasonal highlights, I’ll ensure your menu reflects your occasion perfectly. This season, my autumn menus celebrate the richness of the harvest with caramelised root vegetables, slow-cooked beef, and warm, nutty flavours that evoke comfort and indulgence.
I have been trained by incredible chefs at companies such as Dogghart and Squash, Zara’s Kitchen and Head chef Lara at Jellycats. I am learning constantly and am currently working at lots of different restaurants in and around Hackney to ensure I am bringing the most up to date culinary trends to your table.
